Condition is checked by our own watchmakers
Nothing is sent out. The watch is opened, checked and authenticated at the bench behind the counter, and the offer is confirmed the same visit.

- How fast do I actually get paid?
- In store, the same visit once our watchmakers confirm the watch. By mail, the day it arrives and checks out, by wire. Shipping is on our insured label.
- Do I need the box and papers?
- No. A complete set brings a higher number, but we buy watches on their own every day. Tell us what you have and the offer reflects it.
- What if I do not know the reference?
- Send photos of the dial and caseback, or the warranty card if you have it. We identify it and quote it. That is what the photo step is for.
- Is the offer binding?
- The offer stands as long as the watch matches what you described and photographed. If it comes in better than described, the number goes up, not down.
