SMS and MMS Messaging

Ultimate Diamond operates one SMS and MMS messaging program (the "Program") for its jewelry business and for its Ultimate Watch brand. This section describes how we handle mobile phone numbers and SMS-related information for both.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support services such as customer care or message delivery. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

How we collect your mobile number. We collect it only when you provide it: on an appointment, quote, or contact form on ultimatediamond.com, ultimate.watch, or ultimatewatch.co; in person at 19 W 47th Street; on a signed memo, consignment, or purchase document; or when you text a keyword such as START to our number.

Consent. We send SMS and MMS messages only to people who have opted in, for example by checking an unchecked consent box on one of our forms, texting us first, or agreeing in writing. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service. You can decline and still book, buy, sell, or get help by phone or email.

What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, order and service updates, replies to your questions, and, if you opted in, occasional offers, new arrivals, and event invitations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who sees the data. Mobile numbers are used by Ultimate Diamond staff and by the messaging platforms that deliver our texts on our behalf, solely to send the messages you agreed to receive. Those providers process your number under their own privacy and data-processing terms and may not use it for their own purposes.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 646.366.8018 or concierge@ultimatediamond.com. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or phone contact; you can manage those separately.
